one man to a team…Bob’s Furnace Service was started
by Bob Wilson in 1980. Bob had decided to go into business
for himself with a truck, a set of tools and an old fashioned
work ethic and unmatched customer service. Within a couple
of years’ time
Bob had so many customers and referrals from his exceptional service
that he hired his first two employees to help with the work
and continued growth of the company.
Over the next several years Bob grew not only
in residential service and replacement business, but also residential
and light commercial new construction. The growth that took place
in the Grand Traverse area in the home and business markets were
part of Bob’s Furnace Service’s growth as well. Custom
homes, remodeled office spaces, new business’ and custom
vacation homes are all part of Team Bob’s history and future.
Bob’s
Furnace Service is now Team Bob’s Heating, Cooling &
Plumbing and is made up of 25 employees dedicated to providing
the same customer service and old fashioned work ethic along with
the most progressive training and equipment that Bob started over
